RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Currently, during these unprecedented times we are not accepting ANY In-Store or ONLINE cash or credit refunds until further notice.
RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AS A STORE CREDIT.
If for any reason you need to return/exchange your purchased item(s) to us, please let us know within 48 hours of purchase or delivery date and we will be glad to offer you an even merchandise/store credit.

NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUND WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Customers are responsible for all RETURN/CANCELLATION SHIPPING cost.
- Unfortunately, We cannot return or refund items for buyers remorse.
Please note, any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
Out of stock or discontinued items ARE eligible for a full refund.
Back-ordered items ARE NOT eligible for a refund.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately/within 24 hours of purchase.
Any cancellations made after 24 hours will be assessed a 30% restocking fee (which will be deducted from original form of payment).
Any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

- Exchanges are eligible for MERCHANDISE/STORE CREDIT ONLY!
Store credits are offered for up to 48 hours from delivery date. Merchandise must be in the same condition as received and a receipt of purchase must be provided to qualify.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery date. After thorough observation, replacement or merchandise credit will be subject to approval.
