RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AS A STORE CREDIT ONLY.

• Unfortunately, We cannot return or refund items for buyers remorse.

Please note, any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. 

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

Discontinued items ARE eligible for a full refund.

Back-ordered items ARE NOT eligible for a refund. 

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately/within 24 hours of purchase.

Any cancellations made after 24 hours will be assessed a 30% restocking fee (which will be deducted from original form of payment).  

Any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

• All Special Order/Customized/Handmade purchases are FINAL SALE & are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are eligible for MERCHANDISE/STORE CREDIT ONLY! 

Store credits are offered for up to 48 hours from delivery date. Merchandise must be in the same condition as received and a receipt of purchase must be provided to qualify.

DAMAGED ITEM:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery date. After thorough observation, replacement or merchandise credit will be subject to approval.
